As an Owner you, your friends or family may call from 48 hours in advance to check-in time to request availability. If there is vacancy, you will be given 30% off the published rate for the requested time period.

This 48-Hour Rental Plan is available for all 50 weeks, but certain Red Season periods such as July, August, Christmas and February vacation would offer extremely limited availability.

Any time-share owner, family member, and/or friends referred are eligible for the 48-Hour Rental Plan.

Procedure for the 48-Hour Rental Plan: Those eligible will notify the Village of Winnipesaukee 48 hours prior to the coming week; There will be a two-night minimum stay (eligible persons may rent from two to seven nights at the special rate); discount is off the regular rental rate only (all other applicable taxes and charges will still apply.

The 48-Hour Rental Plan should give our timeshare owners and friends the opportunity to spend more vacation time at the Village of Winnipesaukee at a significant saving. It should also give our owners who are not using their week or wish to rent their unit the opportunity to receive rental income during a time that the unit would otherwise sit empty.
